Enhancing IP Knowledge – Making Your Business Grow

As one of the biggest economies in the world, China’s market remains very lucrative with a huge untapped consumer base and marketing potential. This is reflected in its attraction to numerous EU SMEs that already have or are planning to expand their businesses to the Chinese marketplace. On a positive note, China’s 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020) aims to restore economic balance while focusing on the quality of growth. Nevertheless, adjusting China’s structural reforms to the international economy remains highly important because expanding a business to new markets means sharing the knowledge. This can pose great challenges to your IP, especially in a constantly evolving and changing economy like China.  If it's IP support you are looking for before entering China, the China IPR SME Helpdesk, in collaboration with the EU SME Centre, is organizing training sessions that address the exact same topic – how to tackle the emerging trends in China’s economy. Please find more information on the event below.

As the new IPR-hub is available in full swing, staying up-to-date with the changing IP policies and regulations is now more convenient than ever. It brings together all the three international IPR SME Helpdesks – China, South-East Asia and Latin-America, as well as provides useful features allowing SMEs and intermediaries to simplify and hasten their access to region-specific IP-related information. Making IP matters knowledgeable and easily accessible remains our top priority.
