Do YOU Remember the Time…?
Macquarie College Senior School presents a musical revue where the decades are remembered through news, fashion, popular culture and music from the 1960's through to today.
From Elvis Presley to Bruno Mars, Diana Ross to Taylor Swift. Sit back and enjoy a historical and musical trip down memory lane as we highlight some of the most influential people and events of recent history.
Do you remember the time when bell bottoms were in fashion, where rock’n’roll took over the airwaves and was transported through television into homes all over the world?
Or perhaps the time when hypercolour shirts and Rubik’s cubes were dominating teenage culture?
Maybe you can cast your mind back to the moments in history when the space race allowed people to “boldly go where no man has gone before”.
Relive, remember, listen, watch and experience this travel through the decades! See below for the range of hits coming your way during this fun, family event. Tickets now available, starting at $10!

STUDENTS LEARN THE IMPORTANCE OF FASTING AND FEASTING IN EASTER TRADITIONS
Every year students in French classes from year 5,6,7,9 and 10 look forward to celebrating Pancake Tuesday, a very important religious feast celebrated not only by French people but by many Christians around the world. This day ends a period of celebration and eating of rich, fatty foods before the fasting of the season of Lent begins. Lent is a time of self-sacrifice, reflection and preparation for Easter. During the 40 days of Lent, Christians remember the time when Jesus went into the desert to fast and pray before beginning his work for God.
