How has your week been <<First Name>>?

In this week’s Fit School Lite, we’re defying ageing and gravity with resistance training and the maths of muscle mass and calories. We’ve got news on our luxury Pilates Spa Retreat day and we’re going deeper into Pilates for women’s health. Plus, how would it feel for you to know exactly what you needed to do each day fitness and workouts wise so you didn’t have to think about it? We’re running a webinar (online workshop) to get your workouts planned.

Enjoy your weekend

PS: We’re very excited today because the Epping Playground Team won team of the year last night at the Epping Forest District Council Civic Awards. I was sitting next to Mayor Barbara Scruton and we’ve been hatching plans for a more active addition to Epping’s green spaces. Can’t say anything just yet …

PILATES SPA RETREAT DAY

We’re putting plans together for a retreat day. Pilates, spa facilities, afternoon tea and time out to refresh and rejuvenate. Current plans are to go to Down Hall on 23rd or 30th April. Please let me know if you’d like more details on the day. Just hit reply.

PILATES AND WOMEN’S HEALTH

This week I shared about a fairly recent diagnosis of Adenomyosis. It’s Endometriosis’ hidden sister! Pilates can really help to get you moving and begin to release some of the tension and pain brought about by the conditions although it’s still a condition which lacks research and Pilates can feel painful. I offered some suggestions on how to do Pilates when you’re struggling with abdominal pain on my Instagram account. It’s been well received so I’ll be creating some short YouTube videos to help too.

GET IT DONE

How would it feel to know exactly what you needed to do every day to reach your goals? No more dithering. No more, ‘I don’t have time’. No more, ‘I don’t have the head space.’ We know that with busy brains and busy lives it’s often easier to stick with what we know even though we know our bodies need a change of plan. Join us for an online workshop on 2nd April where we’ll plan it with you. MORE DETAILS NEXT WEEK
