Jack Williams has been helping high school students develop their leadership and life skills for 29 years. He was asked by the GaDOE to create a life skills video series for high school and middle school students that would be easy to use, and not require teacher preparation time to facilitate.

This interactive workshop helps participants to understand everyone has a personal “life signature” and each is unique, just like their written signature. Their “life signature” is who that person really is and is the foundation for everything they do.

Jack Williams will engage participants to develop each of the four components that comprise their “life signature.”
  • Their values, beliefs, and priorities (their personal “I Believe” list)
  • How they define “success” in the key areas of their life
  • A decision-making model to improve their decision making
  • Keys to effective communication

Participants will leave the workshop with:
  • Their personal “I Believe” list
  • A clearer understanding of how they personally define success in key areas of their life
  • A simple process to improve their decision-making skills
  • Specific steps to improve the effectiveness of their communication, including the 5 Step
  • Communication Model to help create buy-in
