Greetings <<First Name>>, welcome to this week's newsletter!

Groundhog Day!
Groundhog Day, great film with Bill Murray at his best. For those who haven't seen it, he plays a really obnoxious weatherman who goes to a small town for Groundhog Day. A celebration that revolves around a groundhog coming out and predicting the weather. Bill's character is less than happy to be there and when the day is over he goes to bed, only to wake up hearing the same song on the radio. It is a while before he realises the day is repeating itself, over and over again. He goes through a whole raft of emotions as nothing seems to change.

Feels a bit like the current situation to me. For a while I felt that the days were just repeating endlessly, nothing changing but, like the film character, I didn't realise that things were changing, or more accurately, I was changing, little by little. I was becoming more relaxed, more settled and slowly easing into a quieter more reflective way of living. Then one day, again like the film, I realised I had learnt a valuable lesson and the days began to become unique once more. Chances to do things, to achieve things, to go for walks on the cliffs, play with my son, each day a fun new adventure.

So, don't Groundhog your way through lock-down, instead look for the joy in each brand new day, the previously undiscovered opportunities for adventure contained in every unique moment.

Have a fun, adventurous. Joyful but most of all blessed week.
