Weekly update for MCC Brighton

Greetings <<First Name>>, welcome to this week's newsletter!

I was a little annoyed when the good weather hit. My first thought wasnt "Wow, what a nice day" or "yay sunshine", it was instead "aaargh, perfect biking weather and i am stuck indoors". How odd, an englishmen complaining that it is sunny.

But then my wife "encouraged" me to help her lay astroturf over our circular patio and put together Matthew's fire engine (birthday present but hey he diesnt know its early). As the picture shows it was a success.

Suddenly the weather being sunny was great, it was a nice day and i was thrilled to be at home enjoying it. We had lunch on the patio and it felt like being on holiday. To blatantly steal an advert "Thats priceless".

So, lockdown is problematic, but it is also turning into one of the best holidays i have ever had. I guess it is true, things are what you make them.

Have a truly warm, sunny but most of all blessed week.
