Due mostly to coronavirus and the restrictions put in place, we are not anticipating the arrival of J-1 students this summer. In addition, the ISOP cannot operate this year in providing students assistance with meals, bikes, social gatherings, etc...
 

 


Target Date for Phase 3: TBD

 During Tuesday’s press briefing, Governor Carney announced the date for Phase 3 would depend upon Delaware’s ability to safely move through Phase 2.
