At VBS, we use a lot of snacks for the kids! If you'd like to donate snacks, you can do so in the Connection Center through Sunday, June 11 at the VBS Snack Drop-Off Sign. You can drop off during Sunday morning or during Office Hours. Some examples of snacks that will be used at VBS include: oreos, animal crackers, goldfish, chips (individual bags), fruit snacks, and lemonade mix. 
VBS is coming up soon! It's June 19-20 from 8:30-11:45 a.m. It will be a week filled with games, Bible stories, and music. You don't want to miss it. Sign up below!

Hey Calvary family,

            Thank you guys so much for the ways you loved on our college students this year. We had a great year full of different events, thanks to you all. You guys opened your homes, cooked for students, loved on the students, and encouraged them throughout the year. Please be in prayer for our students who are serving on the mission field this summer. As we look forward to the fall, we ask that you guys continue looking for ways to get involved in the fall! Thanks!

Baby bottles for the Birth Choice Change for Life fundraiser can be returned to the connection center anytime before July 13th! All the funds collected help benefit this life-saving ministry!

Cost: $350 per person – two to a room

Sign up and bring your $100 nonrefundable deposit to Merry Makers Meeting on May 30 or take it to the Office at Calvary Baptist Church. Final payment of $250 due by July 25. All checks made to Calvary Baptist Church. Cost includes Chartered Bus, two nights in a hotel with free hot breakfast, and tickets to both places and one lunch at Ark Encounter. This year, Calvary raised $7,865.86 for the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering! We are thankful for your generous giving. 
 

Operation Christmas Child


Thanks for the help in packing shoeboxes on Wednesday! Currently, the supplies we still need are soap, washcloths, individual kleenex packages, stuffed animals, colored pencils, combs, socks, flip flops, and boy toys. 
 

March for Jesus


On May 20th at 10:00 a.m., Christians will gather from all over Jackson to March for Jesus! The march will start at 405 Airways Blvd and end 1 mile away at "The AMP". It is a procession of praise through the streets of the city, celebrating the Lordship of Jesus Christ and culminating in a grand worship event in which Christians publicly proclaim the Glory, the Majesty, and the Supremacy of the Savior.

There are 3 options to give online
1. Through your bank:  Give directly to Calvary through your bank's online bill pay.
List Calvary as the payee and your full name as the account number. The church is not charged any fees for this service. For assistance, please contact the church office, 731-668-8619.

2. Through our website, calvaryofjackson.com: On the home page, click the GIVING tab at the top right, select ELECTRONIC GIVING or FORWARD CAMPAIGN, click on the GIVE NOW button. A pop-up window will appear allowing you to make a one time donation or set up a recurring gift.
