The 2016 property tax rates are posted and the good news is that some of the rates have gone down from the previous year.

The Japanese tradition of Bon Dance is already underway and will continue through the summer. See the schedule and join in the festivities.

Kaupakalua Road is getting a pave job and it's about time! That was one bumpy road!

- Makawao shines in July with the 51st annual 4th of July parade and the 61st annual rodeo.

- What's the Kula real estate market doing this year to date? Residential sales are  positive with a short supply of homes in the price range that's selling. Vacant land inventory is high though.

- Are your Jamaican lilikoi flowers falling off the vines? Maybe you have this pest?
