Happy 2016 - Here's to a Healthy New Year

Stef Moser and Kelly Terry are off to the Hockey Canada Women's National Selection Camp next week in Toronto @ the Mastercard Centre.  Kelly will be evaluated by Hockey Canada coaching staff in hopes of being selected for the 2016 IIHF Women's World Championship, while Stef will be on the bench keeping the women alive and well.  Good Luck!
Education @ Apple Creek - we are getting smarter!
There is lots of learning happening at the clinic as our team wants to get you better faster.

Livia Chiarelli will be re-certifying her Active Release Technique (ART) designation as well as participating in a Neurokinetic Therapy course with Kristin Boyle in the upcoming months.

Massage Therapist, Sean Li, is attending a lymphatic drainage course in Toronto this week. Lymphatic work is excellent for those dealing with swelling, pain and lympodema.

For those of you who like needles, Jeannette Quach is enrolled in the McMaster University Contemporary Acupuncture program and will be finished in June - just another tool in the tool box
