Apple Creek Kids K- spring edition,

lead by Captain Creek himself. This event has was added by @sararaces to promote healthy living, allow kids to be part of the event and get a finishers medal just like mom and dad! Event ran Saturday, April 9th at 11 am at Angus Glen as part of the race-kit pick up day for the Angus 10 miler. It was ONLY $20 bucks and kids got a hat, runner's bib and medal! Email sara@raceworks.ca to register your kids for the next Apple Creek Kids K on November 5th as part of the 1/2 Marathon weekend

Apple Creek Sports Medicine Centre was happy to participate at the Angus Glen Spring Ten Miler event again this year! We were there providing emergency care for the runners and Sean, Sharon and John provided post race treatment for over 45 runners who got beat up by all the hills on the course! Stop by to say hello if you are running in the next event - the 5 miler on July 22nd!

Stef Moser is off to Rio with Trampoline Canada for the 2016 qualifier with the men's team and Jason Burnett. In the late spring, Stef is also away to Edmonton for Canadian Nationals and Europe with Trampoline for the World Events in June Good luck and GO-CANADA-GO!

Unionville Festival
Be Fit Day is on the Sunday @ the festival. We will be there educating the locals on exercise prescription, how therapy can help and the benefits of massage.
We will also be providing emergency care at the Funky 5K and fun run on Sunday morning - its always a FUNky time!

Walking Mobility Partnership -
We are proud to announce the addition of Walking Mobility to our facility. This partnership brings Annette McClelland to the clinic more often for all your bracing and orthotic needs.
