Dear Customer,

We hope that all is good with you, your family, and your business, and that you are finding the optimal ways to navigate through these unprecedented times.

In light of all of the current uncertainty in the market, we wanted to provide you with reassurance as to Vida’s operational plans at present. We have applied perspective to the situation and will exercise patience in applying our business continuity plans. As far as is possible under the current circumstances it is “business as usual” at Vida.

Our first responsibility is around the health and wellbeing of our workforce. We have re-configured our administration departments in the past few days and a significant portion of our staff have been able to temporarily set up working from remote locations, generally at home. For the remainder of our staff, specifically in our office based sales support and our warehouse teams, we have instigated wide ranging measures around teams working in isolation.

We essentially have established several “teams”, co-ordinated centrally, all physically working in isolation from each other. We feel that this gives us the best possible opportunity to guarantee continuity and to keep our service levels at the high standard you have come to expect from Vida.

Deliveries for this week are scheduled and at this moment in time we would anticipate that next week will remain as close to normal as possible too. Obviously this is a fluid situation and we continue to closely monitor developments and commit to keeping our customers updated through this period.

Collections from our warehouses are also running as normal. We do have restrictions on anybody entering our warehouse facilities, for obvious reasons, but we are processing collections as quickly as possible and those who have called to our facilities to collect have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
In the coming weeks we will all need to consider how to reach out to our customers and we should anticipate significant changes in consumer buying habits.

There’s expected to be an increased shift to e-commerce, and social media platforms will play a part. If you plan on spending time during this break in “normal trading” to focus on website maintenance and building your social platforms the Marketing Team in VIDA are all working remotely and are ready to advise, support and assist you were ever possible. Please do feel free to email marketing@vidaliving.com or indeed contact your ASM directly to discuss.

These are challenging times for everybody in business. In the spirit of true partnership, our commitment here at Vida is that we will do all that we can to support and serve you in what is likely to be a difficult period for us all. We highly value our customer base and believe that by working through this together we will ride out the storm.

We will continue to keep you updated regularly and notify you quickly of any changes, should they arise. To you and your teams, thank you for your continued custom and please, stay safe.

Yours Sincerely,

Alan Wogan  |  Managing Director  |  VIDA Living
