When Clamping Pressure Matters

See What IBEAM Clamps Can Do For You!
Bessey IBEAM clamps are designed for applications where you need maximum load clamping capacity – up to 7,000 pounds of jaw-bone clamping pressure. These are great clamps that are economically priced, and given proper care should last a lifetime. They provide all the clamping pressure you'll ever need, without bar flexing, and the large easy-turn handle enables you to apply maximum torque.
IBEAM Features

► Clamping force up to 7,000 lbs.
► 1-3/4" x 2" clamping heads
► 3" of fixed head travel
► Nickel plated steel bar
► Ductile cast iron handle
► 5 hardened steel clutch plates
► 8 bar lengths from 24" to 96"
Easy Moving Head That Stays In Position

The movable head has 5 hardened steel clutch plates – once you've positioned the head, it won't budge, yet it can be easily released. The head slides along the bar very smoothly without getting caught up, which helps speed up clamping – crucial when using glue that sets up quickly.
Large Handles for Maximum Torque

A large ductile cast iron handle provides makes it easy to grasp the handle and deliver all the torque you're capable of exerting. Fixed head travel is a generous 3". Put as much torque on the handle as needed for the job at hand without worrying that the bar will deflect.
Professional and woodworking enthusiasts know that the right clamp can often mean the difference between a successful, stress-free glue-up, and a complete, or near disaster. That's why they choose Bessey.
