Brexit uncertainty intensifies after Meaningful Vote lost
In response to parliament's rejection of the Prime Minister’s Brexit deal AMRC’s Chief Executive issued a statement reiterating the sector’s grave concerns about the damaging impact of a no-deal Brexit on patients and medical research.

No-deal Brexit guidance for patients on receiving medicines
Last week, the Department of Health and Social Care issued further guidance for patients on access to medicines and treatments in a no-deal Brexit scenario. The guidance is the first direct communication to patients about contingency planning.

Data provided by JustGiving reveals that health charities are the most popular causes to donate to. Over the last four years there has been on average a 10% increase in donations to health and poverty-related charities.
