Connect: What to do if someone is mean
to you when connecting online
Our Small Changes Ambassador John Parsons is an expert in internet safety. In this video he talks about what we can do if we have experienced someone being mean online or using other technology like texting.
It’s important to remember that – despite using technology – cyber-bullying still depends on real people to spread and respond to it, so people are the key to shutting it down.

For this recipe you'll need:
1 1/4 cup of wholegrain oats
1/4 cup shredded coconut
6 dried apricots
1/4 cup chocolate chips
