I hope this email finds you well!
So here it is! The workshop everyone requests and when I put it out there, they all run away. I agree these postures bring up all of our fears, so imagine having to demonstrate the postures to a class full of students, keep your composure, balance stability AND speak at the same time! Come on give me a break, you all have it easy. It’s 2019, the year to face your fears! So let it start on your mat and let’s all enjoy the journey and experience together in one arena. Leaving it for next year will not help! Procrastination is a silent killer. Come on, you owe it to yourselves. Divorce fear and marry courage. The only request I have from you for attending this workshop is to bring the word ‘PLAYFULNESS’ into the equation. 




Beginners Arm Balances & Inversions


Sunday 3rd March - 12.30-2.30pm

I will be building up to these postures after a thorough warm up asana practise. I will then break down the postures and assist, help and guide you with lots of demonstrating and plenty of time for you to understand the technique, which personally I feel is key as well as confidence. It's all about the attitude. I will also be teaching other inversion and arm balance postures and any requests- providing I can do them! Please know it took me 5 years to learn bakasna ( crow ). We all have to start somewhere and this workshop will offer you the stepping stones to start you off and for the more experienced practitioner, I'll be giving you challenging alternatives.

Sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls

Anne Malone is an internationally recognized singer/songwriter and facilitator, her passion for music has taken her on a journey of sound from the vibrant music of Dublin in Ireland to the exotic rhythms of Latin America. During the session each person will receive individual healing by having a singing bowl placed on their body and allowing the vibration of the sound to work through you. Please note this is not a gong bath.

What to bring to workshops?
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring some water and a yoga mat ( I have a few spares ). It may be an idea to bring a cushion/block for meditation and a blanket for relaxation, also including eye masks for sound healing. Please don’t eat a heavy meal before any workshops.
The venue details will be on your receipt.
Please arrive into the studio quietly 5 minutes before the session starts and switch off mobile phones. Thank you :)
