"A sexy, subtle and startling exploration of apathy versus desire... both funny and intriguing; the play keeps its dark secrets to the bitter end."
"...a smartly-written, character-driven script that plays to the strengths of the excellent cast... as the tale builds to a shocking and satisfying conclusion."

"I'm afraid of actress Kristen Vaughan.

...Vaughan is so compelling and convincing... that I’m absolutely terrified of her."
Joan has been serial house-sitting since she left Griffin. She lands the perfect summer gig in a lavish beach house--except there’s a mysterious, ageless woman named Iris already living there. As Griffin worms his way back into Joan's life and Iris's plans become frighteningly clear, Joan realizes she’s going to have to make an agonizing choice.
