With Winter very much on the horizon, many of you will be looking forward to some time off and, with some of our sites selling out this year, you may even be spending your very first Christmas in a Stephen home.

While we look back on what has been a successful year for the company, we’ve also got lots of updates on our developments, showhomes and other plans for 2019.


Around the Houses


Glenfarg

We are delighted to now be welcoming visitors to what is a truly exceptional showhome at 'Copperfields', Glenfarg, just 11 miles south of Perth.

The beautifully styled four bedroom detached home, a 'Glen Appin', is a prime example of the 33 homes we're creating. The showhome is now welcoming viewers from Thursday to Monday, 1pm – 5pm.

The development within this rural idyll will incorporate a selection of two to five bedroom homes.

With our first happy buyers having now moved in, construction is very much gathering speed on site, with the first houses – a combination of two, three and four bedroom bungalows and villas progressing well. Once again, with prices starting at around £192,000, some of these properties will also be eligible for 'Help to Buy'.

If you're looking to live near Perth, but with a rural feel, Guildtown may be the place for you.

Just six miles from Perth and five from Scone, we have seen huge interest in Oakbank, with only two homes left of the 24 being created. The remaining homes are a three bedroom 'Glen Affric' bungalow and the four bedroom, 1.5 storey 'Glen Appin', both perfect for growing families.

  Guildtown

Meanwhile, in Perth itself, excitement is building for our brand new development just a stone’s throw from Glasgow Road, one of the most prime locations in Perth.

The first phase of the 46 new homes at West Woodlands is about to go 'live' and we will shortly be in a position to provide more information on the homes and apartments on our first phase. Details relating to our apartments and semi-detached homes are available on our website with prices set be announced for the first releases shortly.

It’s worth noting that all properties within the first release will be 'Help to Buy' friendly so ideal for first-time buyers and growing families.

Tornagrain

Further afield, at Tornagrain, we are seeing very healthy interest in a range of properties.

Located between Nairn and Inverness, we now have plans of our next phased release available to view on site. Fifteen homes are available for advance reservation, of which 10 have already been secured.

Four homes have now converted up to Full Reservations and, with our next release imminent, we look forward to further sales successes.

Capturing the very essence of Tornagrain, the 'Dunvegan' showhome is continuing to go down a treat with visitors, so why not come and see the appeal for yourself? Chapelton

If you haven't visited Chapelton yet, or not been out for a while, we've got some fantastic new street scene images to show off, highlighting the 'wow' factor of what is shaping up nicely to become Scotland’s largest new town.

Situated between Stonehaven and Aberdeen, we continue to see growing interest in Chapelton, with another two cottages recently snapped up, only eight of these 20 homes remain available.

These new style, award-winning two and three bedroom courtyard cottages continue to attract praise from everyone who sets foot on site.

Coupled with the three and four bedroom homes available, Chapelton really is worth a visit - whether to see the 'Ardwall' cottage viewhome or the four bedroom 'Melfort' showhome, both of which are open from Thursday to Sunday, 12 noon to 4.30pm.


Scone

Clathymore

Following recent sales success at Clathymore, with reservations placed on several plots, we will soon be announcing news on future releases on the Stephen Country Homes website.

Three, four and five bedroom homes are available at this prestigious site, as well as the stunning Control Tower which takes pride of place on the edge of the development.

Christmas opening hours

Our showhomes at Tornagrain, Chapelton, Guildtown and Glenfarg close at 5pm on Thursday 20 December 2018, re-opening on Saturday 5 January 2019.

Our office in Perth will close at noon on Friday 21 December 2018, re-opening at 9am on Monday 7 January 2019.
