Let the LA City Council Transportation Committee know that you support items that align with our city's Green New Deal!

This Tuesday at 3pm LA City Council's Transportation Committee will consider several items that directly align with Mayor Garcetti's Executive Directive 25: LA's Green New Deal.

The Transportation Committee will be reviewing LADOT's reports relative to the Los Angeles Green New Deal Active Transportation Implementation Plan to support walking, bicycling, and micromobility (item #5) and maximizing traffic signal priority for the Expo Line (item #6).

The Transportation Committee will also review the City Attorney's report and ordinance relative to Zero-Emission Vehicle Commercial Loading Zones for exclusive use and access by zero-emission commercial delivery vehicles (item #8).

Tell the Transportation Committee to support these agenda items which align with LA's Green New Deal! Transportation accounts for the most greenhouse gas emissions in California. We must move forward with sustainable transportation methods.

If you can make public comment live Tuesday at 3pm, that’s best. If not, please send an email. Don't forget to sign your name at the bottom!
