Public Relations Opportunity:

'Tis the season to start celebrating! If you have arranged special activities, gifts, seasonal fare or have an interesting story to tell - we would love to know! Share details of the information you would like us to pitch to Carly Holbrook at Carly@HandlebarPR.com and Elizabeth Fogarty at ElizabethF@GJcity.org.

For inspiration, here are some of the lesser-known national celebrations to get you even more into the holiday spirit. Upcoming dates to help get you inspired: Spicy Guacamole Day, Take a Hike Day, Go For a Ride Day, Shopping Reminder Day, and National Cake Day. Feel free to share unique specials or experiences you are offering or just use this as an opportunity to change up your social content.

Visit Grand Junction is also seeking information regarding Grand Junction area businesses that currently engage in sustainable practices for upcoming content. What is sustainability you ask? It entails enhancing the quality of life for residents without compromising the needs of future generations; ultimately, it's a balance of economic growth and vitality while caring for the environment and social well-being. Sustainability is part of Visit GJ's strategy and it is also a trending topic. If you have any information you would like to share with us, please feel free to reach out to Mason at MasonB@GJcity.org.

We often send images of your business to journalists as part of our pitching strategy and we feature them on our social media! Share your best shots via this link so that we can show off your digs just how you like!
