To the Entourage Community,
Spring has officially sprung and, with that, so has a new season of inspiring and exciting people, places, and things to discover around the world! From Entourage’s new office in New York to the several new key global partnerships we have, a feeling of excitement and fresh ideas is definitely in the air.
In this issue, I am excited and honored to include our own Founder, Simon Liebel, as this edition’s main Interview With feature, in celebration of Entourage’s 13th birthday! Watching the company grow from a London-based events company to the global concierge and travel company we are now, and being involved with the amazing projects and clients we have loved working with around the world, has truly been the honor of a lifetime. Creating magical moments and memories for our clients, and making their lives easier and more fun, has been the greatest joy of all.
Highlights for me in this issue include: My Morning Routine featuring Tata Harper (I have been a huge fan of hers for years and genuinely use and love her products); our Arts Edit features, including Georgina Cohen’s write-up of Frieze LA this year and our piece on the Art Production Fund; Entourage’s round-up of the best new things to see/hear/read/discover this season; and my own write-up of the trip of a lifetime, the truly unforgettable voyage I took with family and friends over the Christmas/New Year’s holidays, traveling to the depths of Antarctica with SEDNA, the unrivalled adventure and expedition company.
We have all been through a lot, and every day seems to bring earth-shattering, history-making news, both good and bad. But if we’ve learned one thing in recent years, it’s that we can get through anything. Resilience is key, and with that in mind, we need to live life to the fullest, now more than ever. Dream big, make goals, and go out and achieve them. Take that trip, start that company, tell someone you’re sorry or that you love them. Because if not now, when?
Wishing everyone a glorious spring full of hope and new ideas,
Lily x

ZACAPA No. 23 RUM
I have recently gotten into drinking rum, and Zacapa No. 23 Rum is one of the most delicious and complex rums I have ever had; I last enjoyed it neat with a 1993 Hoyos Churchill for a truly incredible pairing.

ROSSIGNOL MEN'S FREERIDE SKIS
These skis have redefined the art of skiing. Considerably heavier than your average ski, the weight is the key to the ultra-shock absorbent ride you will experience. It takes a couple of hours on the slopes to get the hang of them, but afterwards you will feel like an Olympic skier. Carving will never be the same again.

MARC NEWSON (MONTBLANC M)RED SIGNATURE FOUNTAIN PEN
Marc Newson is one of the most influential designers in history, and his brilliant, cross-disciplinary collaborations with some of the most incredible brands in history have created truly iconic designs over the years. I am also a huge fan of a good fountain pen, so this one is a must-have for any desk in need of inspiration.

CAVIAR KASPIA, NYC
The iconic, über-Instagram-worthy Paris restaurant is finally open in NYC on the corner of the Mark Hotel, and we couldn’t be more excited! With interiors by the genius that is Jacques Grange featuring the CK blue, the space is cozy and rich, evoking old New York, and the menu celebrates the “Art of Caviar” with everything from eggs and pasta to plant-based caviar, to, of course, the famous twice-baked, caviar-topped potato.

|
REZDÔRA, NYC
Rezdôra is a Michelin-star restaurant that is more nostalgic than fussy. The name, which translates to “head of household”, refers to an old-school, Italian nonna-style of cooking (think hand-rolled pasta), with a menu based on traditionally prepared meat and pasta, local vegetables, and Northern Italian wines.

|
MAKOTO, BAL HARBOUR
Chef Makoto Okuma beautifully carries traditional Japanese cuisine into the 21st century with his masterful, Edomae-style (i.e., treating or curing fish before preparation) sushi, reshaping tradition for a newer, savvy audience in the luxurious shops at Bal Harbour.

OSTERIA FRANCESCANA, MODENA ITALY
Osteria Francescana is perhaps one of the restaurants most-requested by Entourage Concierge members, and for good reason! This three-Michelin-star restaurant based in Modena, Italy, has been voted World’s Best Restaurant multiple times (among many other accolades!) and serves truly exceptional cuisine worth the special trip. The tasting menu is quite simply one of the world’s greatest fine dining experiences, not to be missed in a lifetime.

Entourage Collection’s Creative Director Lily Liebel
on the trip of a lifetime to Antarctica with SEDNA
The quietness is what will stay with me forever… the only sound was a tiny bubbling and popping noise from the ice, the sound of ancient air bubbles escaping after having been trapped for millions of years. This is what we heard when we took a Zodiac boat out and had three minutes of silence and reflection in the middle of the Antarctic Ocean.
For two weeks at the end of December and for New Year’s, a group of 80 of us, all friends and family connected through two people, took the trip of a lifetime to Antarctica. Accompanied by a group of around 30 of the world’s expert scientists and marine biologists (including geospatial scientist and expert penguin-finder Peter Fretwell), we set off from Ushuaia, at the tip of Argentina, to travel quite possibly the farthest anyone has travelled yet into Antarctica, on board the world’s first and most luxurious polar expedition boat ever created, Le Commandant Charcot by Ponant.

With artmaking at its core, Chelsea Factory is a place for New Yorkers to find connection, inspiration, and joy.
Chelsea Factory is also available for a small number of private event rentals, with all rental income directly subsidizing New York City-based artists’ use of the space.
