New Service: InBody Composite Testing

Maximize Your Workout Results

The InBody Test is a non-invasive body composition analysis that gives you a detailed breakdown of your body weight, including:
  • Muscle
  • Fat
  • Water
It can also tell you things like bodyfat percentage and how many pounds of lean mass you have distributed in each part of your body. How does this help you? By having access to this info, it allows you or your trainer to pick exercises that bring out the best results that are tailored to your individual body!

Summer Bootcamp

Sign Up On/Before June 15 To Save $50! 

Are you ready to get fit for the summer and have fun doing it? This nine week indoor/outdoor Summer Bootcamp is a total-body workout that will improve your overall fitness level while burning energy in an enjoyable, supportive environment. These challenging workouts cover all the bases, incorporating strength, cardio and mobility training. 

All sessions are run by qualified trainers with a background in Kinesiology, and who are excited and eager to help you reach your fitness goals!

The Summer Bootcamp includes:
  • Two weekly group training sessions led by our qualified personal trainers (for a total of 16 sessions).
  • Nine facility passes to our state-of-the-art Fitness Centre.
  • Pre- and post-group fitness assessments to track your progress.

Tuesdays & Thursdays from July 2 to August 29
Morning slot: 6:15 a.m. with Shannon
Evening slot: 5:45 p.m. with Orvana

Assessment Days
Pre: July 2, during your registered time slot
Post: August 29, during your registered time slot

Meet Ashton

Hi, I'm Ashton!

I have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and love being active. You can catch me at the front desk, teaching a class, or working out. 

Some of my favourite activities include slo-pitch in the summer, hockey during the winter, and running all year long. Spring and summer are the best times of the year in my opinion, because I get to enjoy the great outdoors and explore beautiful Manitoba!

I tend to be a little bit of a chatterbox around the Fitness Centre, because there's just so much to see, learn and talk about  so stop by, say hi, and let me know your favourite places to go in the province.
