You are invited to join fellow Virginia credit union CEOs and the League for a meeting with Governor Glenn Youngkin on Friday, Dec. 2 from 10:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. in Richmond.
We have been working since the summer to arrange a meeting between Gov. Youngkin and our credit union leaders here in Virginia. This is a chance for us to emphasize the credit union difference and talk about the great things credit unions in Virginia are doing for our members. The Governor is very big on economic development and financial well-being for Virginians, so this is a great opportunity for us to share our success stories, as well as discuss how credit unions can continue to grow.
We would love to have strong regional representation at the meeting with credit union CEOs from across the Commonwealth in attendance. While space is limited, we will do our best to accommodate everyone who wishes to attend.
If you would like to attend, please RSVP by email to JT Blau (jblau@vacul.org) and CeJae Vtipilson (cvtipilson@vacul.org) no later than 5 p.m., Monday, Nov. 28.
The meeting will likely be at Credit Union House or at the Governor’s Office, and we will let attendees know once the location is finalized.
