Back in June we published a blog about Getting Married during Covid-19 because our very own Cat and her partner James eloped in a secret ceremony at Hackney Town Hall. They got married on Thursday 19th March 2020 which was a day before Boris Johnson announced a national lock down.

What’s NEW?

Say hello to our newest Zero Waste addition to the family called ‘Colour Festival’. This bold and playful design pays homage to festival couples, who are not afraid of colour and love a good summery vibe.

Our zero waste designs fold themselves into an envelope and can be finished with a wax stamp, ribbon, tie or sticker.
‘Colour Festival’ is printed on durable hammered paper so it is extra secure as an envelope. Just seal it on the outer side of the invitation and send away! Pretty neat right? It saves the planet AND potentially your wedding budget.

What actually IS… "Seeded Paper" ?

It is paper fibres pressed with real wild grass and wildflower seeds, then air dried to allow the seeds to germinate. We tested our paper by potting into soil, added water, and left it on the balcony to soak up the sunshine. 

The duration and rate of germination depends on the paper and atmosphere.
We gave our pot a few weeks before we saw little buds in the soil. Once the buds appeared then you will start seeing some growth! Check out our Seeded Paper collection to see how these amazing papers can be used in beautiful designs.

Did you know that we have Greeting Cards now? We launched a very small capsule range in May during this weird lock down period, in order to stay relevant and pivot our business with the times. 

This design is called ‘Dear Fiance’, and it’s a love letter to your other half. It encourages you to write down in words what they mean to you and how much you love them, despite all of these events… Maybe your wedding was abruptly cancelled and you won’t be able to get married until an unknown date, maybe you just want to say how lucky you feel to have them by your side during all of this. Put words down into something that you can both cherish come the day of your wedding.
