Nights are getting long and days even colder, but it’s never too late to start thinking about the summer!
This year Beach Week 2017 will be May 14 ~ May 19 in great ole’ Myrtle Beach, SC with the rest of UVA.

Finals Stress: With finals around the corner, check out the fun study break events happening on Grounds!
- Pillow Fight at Memorial Gym Court 2 on Tuesday, Dec 6th 7:30-9 PM - sign up here and bring or buy a pillow!
- Free coffee and cookies at Clemons on Wednesday, Dec 7th from 1-3 pm hosted by UVA Sustainability! Bring your own mug!
- Free Bagels and Blue Books on Wednesday, Dec 7th 10 am to noon at Alumni Hall
- Be on the lookout for the Academic and Wellness Committee’s Hoo Needs a Break Study Series email- they’ve got great events to be disclosed!

Also, call CAPS ( 434-243-5150 day-time 434-297-4261 after hours) or the Women’s Center (434-982-2361-dudes can use their services too!) if you are stressed and need professional attention or HELP-LINE (434-295-TALK) if you need to talk to someone confidentially!
Word of the Week: “huminga” (hoo-ming-ah) means “breathe”. So remember to “huminga”, relax a little, and focus in the now. Finals will be over in two weeks!

- MSN Finals Week Pillow Fight'
Tuesday, Dec 6th (Last day of classes) 7:30 PM @Memorial Gym Court2
Bring your own pillow to enjoy our biannual Finals Week Pillow Fight! Release stress and get in the zone for finals! This event consists of two parts: a dodge pillow game and a free dogfight. Our goal is to let students get rid of their stress before finals, have fun and get to know other students on grounds. Free Chinese food and energy bars will be catered! Don’t have a feather pillow? No worries! A few feather pillows will be available for sale at the check-in desk
Restrictions: Only soft pillows should be used; No ear rings, high heels, watches or other sharp accessories; No violence; No attack on people without a pillow or with a camera; Frame glasses are not recommended
