New NWFSC publication:

Research Brief #24: Wildfire Risk in Oregon and Washington: A brief review of recent scientific literature examining hazard west of the Cascades

The 2020 Labor Day fires in western Oregon left researchers, practitioners, and residents questioning how to better expect and prepare for similar events in the future. Our newest research brief covers three articles focused on the challenges of predicting and communicating about Westside fire risk.
