NWFSC Highlights

Please join us in Bend, OR for the 5th Central Oregon Fire Science Symposium to be held March 18-20, 2020. This year’s symposium focuses on integrating the three pillars of the National Cohesive Wildland Fire Management Strategy: Resilient Landscapes, Fire-Adapted Communities, and Safe and Effective Wildfire Response.
The OPFC 2020 Meeting will be held March 17-18 in Bend, OR. Meeting topics include, Liability, Smoke Management, and tooling the Rx Fire Workforce.

News: - The National Forest Foundation is gathering information from CFLRP collaboratives to contribute to the USDA Forest Service’s CFLRP 10-year report to Congress and to contribute to other products capturing lessons learned. By taking this National Forest Foundation survey your feedback can help improve the program. Survey deadline is Friday, February 14, 2020.
