RESPIRE3 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Research Fellowships:
A platform for future leaders in respiratory research
APPLICATION DEADLINE: 1 March, 2017
The European Respiratory Society (ERS) is pleased to announce the launch of the 1st call of the EU co-funded RESPIRE3 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Research Fellowship programme, helping to boost scientific networks across Europe and beyond.
Why apply for a RESPIRE3 Fellowship?
RESPIRE3 Research Fellowships offer a unique opportunity to young scientists who aspire to be future leaders in the respiratory field. The programme has a strong focus on career development alongside providing attractive working conditions.
RESPIRE3 offers flexibility as applicants can choose between the new, 3-year Global Fellowships or 2-year European Fellowships.
Who can apply?
We invite candidates from all disciplines to apply with a project in respiratory medicine/science. Candidates must have a PhD or at least 4 years of full-time research experience and will be required to have at least 1 first author publication in an international peer-reviewed journal at the time of application. Transnational mobility is required. Find out more about the full eligibility requirements and nature of the programme through the Application Guidelines.
Where are the Fellowships taking place?
Applicants can choose between an ever-expanding list of pre-registered host centres, also depending on whether they are applying for European or Global Fellowships. Currently more than 50 institutions are featured on the RESPIRE3 Web Host Registry, but further host centres still have an opportunity to apply through an open rolling call.
