We've encouraged all of our participants to do 10 squats every day in order to banish the 'mum bum' or the lack of one. Have a go and let us know how you get on via our Facebook page.
Well it is the season of lurve and here at Laing central, in between spreading PoxClin on our beloved pox ridden Isaac we enjoyed steak followed by Baked Chocolate Mousse Cake
(with a side order of Booja Booja coconut ice cream).
