Break through THAT habit!

We've had a great response to our FREE February Fat Loss challenge, which starts on Monday (11th-17th).

If you know you're carrying a few extra pounds here’s a sobering stat for you:

The average adult gains 1-2 pounds of fat every year from the age of 30. It doesn't go away on its own.

Which means if you want to make a change, you need to take action.

This can seem like a daunting prospect. We understand!

With the right strategies in place, like a diet that works for you and your lifestyle and expert advice, it IS possible to lose pounds without feeling like you have to sign your life over to counting calories.

Even if you are super busy, sleep deprived or unfit (in your opinion), there's still lots you can do.

We've put together a seven day challenge to help get you started, or if you have a health kick started already, perhaps tweak and improve it.

The challenge is all about navigating your nibbles and bypassing the biscuit barrel.

Perhaps you are a week day saint and week day sinner.
Perhaps tiredness has you caving in to post dinner treats.
It could be a sneaky week day glass of wine or running out of running motivation.
Maybe you over eat when you exercise or perhaps you struggle with client meals out.
Whatever your habit, we want to help you break through it.

This challenge will very much be dictated by what YOUR specific destructive habits or diet saboteurs are.

We're going to keep this really simple, it's all about noticing when and why you veer off track and also working out what might work better for you.
