Each week, we are learning more about this brave new world of farmers’ markets. So far, we can only list cheeses that are a set price (not variable). So, while we have cow and goats milk Camdenbert, they are weighed, and each one is different. We managed to cut some Havarti and some Gouda in uniform sizes to offer a few for preorder. I will still have a few smaller and larger size slices at market. We appreciate exact change and checks, can take your credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or invoice you electronically. Please order by 3 p.m. Thursday, so I have time to pack it before evening chores.
