If you're interested, please speak with Tom at Pemaquid Lobster & Seafood.
go-en fermented foods is busy staying up late making your next years miso.

Unfortunately, we will not be at market this week as previously planned.
We will return the following week February 15th for all your post Valentine's needs. At go-en we are now getting into our batches of miso from 2018 and will have plenty of fresh tamari from our miso. Come out and see us on the 15th and try what a year of waiting tastes like. You could also join us next Sunday for a miso making workshop at the Morris Farm in Wiscasset.
At this workshop students will be making miso to ferment at home, discussing the intricacies of the year of fermentation, and snacking on some miso dishes. There are still a few spots available. Details about the workshop and registration can be found on their website www.morrisfarm.org.

Have a good week and be sure to say hi to all the vendors who are working hard to keep you well supplied with the best Maine has to offer.
We have been taking advantage of these warm days here at Dickey Hill Farm - weeding and irrigating our winter greens as well as building & seeding beds in our newest high tunnel.  It is our wintertime “make hay while the sun shines” because we know it’s mud season today and back to winter tomorrow!
See you at market Friday with winter greens, carrots, onions and a large selection of grass fed beef.
