It’s February, and while the groundhog has come and gone (and predicted an early spring, yay!), we haven’t had bad enough weather to miss a market. Yet! Just a reminder that we are very cautious winter drivers, and if school is cancelled, we don’t drive! There’s also Murphy’s Law, experience tells me, that we always miss a market around Valentine’s Day. If we do make it, we will have plenty of goats milk fudge for your Valentine, and a few heart-shaped Camella. We’ll grill up some more grilled cheese bites showcasing our aged cow cheeses: jack, havarti, and gouda. See you at market!
