 Lashlee-Rich, Inc. was organized in Humboldt, Tennessee, in November, 1940 and incorporated under the laws of the State of Tennessee by Dr. T.O. Lashlee and Jack W. Rich. Since its founding, the firm has engaged in general construction, design-build construction, construction management, and the sale of building materials.
 In 1943, the Tennessee State Board for Licensing Contractors issued the company Tennessee License Number 11478. That same license remains in effect today, and the amount is unlimited for Industrial, Commercial, and Residential construction. Lashlee-Rich, Inc. also maintains Unlimited Licenses in Alabama and Mississippi.
 Projects through the years have included secondary schools, college and university classroom buildings, college and university multi-purpose buildings and dormitories, hospitals, nursing homes, churches, banks, savings and loan associations, criminal justice complexes, municipal buildings, office buildings, warehouses, and industrial buildings. The geographic area served includes Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri, Florida and Texas.
 The company has provided Construction Management Services for many years. In recent years, a considerable portion of the company’s construction actively has involved these services for owners in both the public and private sector.
 The company has developed residential subdivisions, apartments, retail stores, warehouses, and shopping centers for its own account. Most of these developments are owned by subsidiary corporations, Guaranty Loan and Real Estate Company, Southern Development Company, Inc., Richlee Builders, Inc., and Jones-Lashlee, Inc.
