Our children will join us for Sunday morning worship at 9 a.m. and then head into Godly Play following the service around 10:15 while the young adults & adults head into coffee hour. We are so excited to offer this full-hour class session, as the children will have the opportunity each week to process and respond to the lessons that they hear. If your child is interested in joining Godly Play this year, please see Adam Hartsock, Director of Parish Programs, during Coffee Hour on Sunday, September 9th.
Young Adult & Adult Formation
This year, we will be offering varying opportunities for the young adults and adults of our Parish to deepen their faith. Follow Sunday morning services, we will hold regular coffee hour fellowship, followed by a 30-40 minute time of Bible study/adult education. Bible studies will range from discussing the readings of the day in more detail, a study on early Episcopal Church history, as well as discussing varying topics provided by those in attendance. Our first Sunday will be Sunday, September 16th and will be a "getting to know you" session where we will have a chance to learn more about each other and prepare for the deeper conversations that will be part of this group. We hope you will join us and be part of this exciting opportunity.
As the Fall quickly approaches, we will begin offering some exciting Parish outings that will allow us to be in community together while growing our Christian faith in some of the finest cultural experiences in our region. Be on the look out for announcements for upcoming events!
