Don’t Give Up!!! Don’t Go Backwards!!!

I moved to the Carolinas in 1985 to be a part of PTL - the largest ministry on the planet at that time. I never thought that it would crash and burn only 4 1/2 years later.
I was a single mother of two small children. When everything closed, I could have done what many did and return to where I’d come from. It was rough, but I stayed through the storm. Eventually I got jobs with one ministry after another. All of those situations took me into graduating into another phase of my Christian walk. Little did I know, I was being trained through them to eventually be in my own ministry.
Because of the Covid thing, many have been detoured from their purpose for a season. Don’t give up. Don’t go backwards. Wait on the Lord. Trust Him. He’s the Redeemer and Restorer of all things.
“I will restore to you the years that the locust has eaten.” (Joel 2:25)
“One thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 3:12-16)
PRESS ON! It’s a battle but you will win. Don’t give up! Don’t give in! Don’t surrender to fear and the lies of the enemy! God has got this and He has got you! Trust Him!
