Well, hundreds of people attended the first ever Cowra Comedy Festival last week and we roared and laughed and howled and rolled on the floor and held our sides… let’s just say it was a hoot! And if you didn’t attend you really did miss out! Thanks to everyone that did come and dont’ forget you can still see Sean Choolburra back here in Cowra in February!

We are into the crazy season with only a few events left for the year before we head into Christmas and the craziness that is the Summer School Holidays. However, we have listed many of the new films for 2023. Tickets are on sale now!

ESCAPE FROM ZOO-YORK

Four best friends have lived their entire life at the Central Park Zoo. An ambitious zebra named Marty, Alex the lion, a self-proclaimed king of NYC, Melman, a hypochondriac giraffe, and a flamboyant hippopotamus named Gloria.

Marty has grown bored with his daily routine and longs to experience the wild. On Marty's tenth birthday, manages to escape the zoo, but his freedom doesn't last long. Authorities sedate all four animals into a tranquil dream and ship them to a Kenyan wildlife preserve. It's not smooth sailing for them though, as they fall overboard and wash ashore on Madagascar.

Follow them while they navigate life in the wild, which truly tests their friendships.
