If you land in Mystic this weekend, you won't regret it! Several Connecticut attractions are offering free and discounted admissions on Saturday, June 10. Check on the Mystic area here.

If you are like George Washington and want to brew your own beer, not too far away in RI is an outdoor "Free Brew Demo" on Saturday--compete with samples (bring your own snacks and lawn chairs). They sell beer-making supplies. If you sail great distances like the Mayflower passengers, you don't want to leave home without your own brew!

Before you start your day on Saturday, meet the locals at the Breakfast on Baptist Hill! The massive, 250-year-old Union Baptist Church overlooks the Mystic River Valley and held the community's memorial service for President Lincoln after he was shot. In the New England Hurricane of 1938, its steeple went crashing down in the parking lot (the steeple was replaced, but don't worry, there is no hurricane in this weekend's forecast).

The Sea Music Festival and Taste of Mystic are also this weekend!
