Switch ON! New Website & Customer Center

To better serve our customers, we have developed a new mobile-friendly Events2VHAC website and a Streamside Solutions Customer Center. The website highlights case studies, our customers, and our 60-day free trial. The Customer Center empowers customers to access their Events2HVAC licenses, manage support and maintenance subscriptions, download the latest version of Events2HVAC, and access resources such as release notes for each version. Customers can also access our knowledge base of articles/videos or submit tickets for support in the Customer Center.

If you are an Events2HVAC customer, you should have received an email with instructions on transferring your profile to the new Customer Center. If you did not, please check your junk mail or click the Read More link below to access instructions on our blog.

Windows Software End-of-Life

Events2HVAC is currently compatible with Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) and above for client installations and Windows Server 2003 R2 and above for server installations. However, Microsoft support is ending for two of these systems:
  • Windows XP support ended 8/14/2014
  • Windows Server 2003 support will end 7/15/2015
We recommend that Events2HVAC users upgrade now to Windows 7 or above for computers hosting the E2H client, and to Windows Server 2008 R2 or above for Events2HVAC.
