Hello Modern People,

I hope you did not notice that we skipped one month of the newsletter. We were just too busy! Our apologies for keeping you waiting. In this number, we will be catching up with our two-month activities, but first, from our family to yours: Happy Thanksgiving! 
 

New features and projects on our Website!
 

Make sure to check the "Our Work" section as we have added the Karen Woods Residence, The Eagle Residence, the Tepakan Residence, and our Modern-Shed project.   

We have also updated our Services sections, added a Frequently Asked Questions section, and we are getting ready to lunch a Prototypes section as well! Make sure to follow us on our social media platforms for the exciting release announcement of our Prototypes.

All of these changes to our website are done in an effort to display our company's vision and serve you better.

On the Boards: Karen Woods
 

We continue developing this project located in Chapel Hill. We expect to break ground at the beginning of 2021 and could not be more excited. 

The characteristics of this house celebrate simplicity and minimalism. The "C" scheme situates a courtyard in the heart of this residence. Two side courtyards will provide an abundance of natural light on the side wings of the project. The building's concept celebrates energy relations and site balances according to Vaastu teachings.
