On the Boards: Warren Residence

This renovation project is located in Cary, NC. The owners desire a simple addition and a better flow to their existing house. Our response is to simply add a connector and focus the addition toward the front quadrant of the property to maximize back yard utilization. The connector portion presents an opportunity to connect the existing and addition through a dog trot and a new deck area. Although we are only in the Schematic Design phase, this project is taking shape already and looks like it will be a fun one.
