Hello Modern People,

And just like that, we are ready for Fall! We hope everyone is doing well.

We have some interesting projects in the making as we prepare for Fall and Winter and cannot wait to share those with you. In the next two weeks I will be announcing the second round of free online consultations. They were a success during the month of April, so we thought about running a fun series of events following a similar format used during the month of November. The details are to follow in the next couple of days. Stay tuned and follow our Instagram account for more information.

New Projects on our Website

Make sure to check the "Our Work" section as we have added Sand|Form Array and Dandelion Live|Work. Our award-winning project, Sand|Form Array has been getting some press lately in articles in Design Boom and ODS (Outdoor Design Source Magazine) among other blogging sites.

On the Boards: The Eagle Residence

One of the project's concepts for the Ardsley residence found meaning through Mexican and American symbolism. An eagle is a shared emblem by both countries, as the client is strongly connected to both cultures. Therefore we have named this house the "Eagle Residence". The Schematic design drawings are out! Make sure to stay up to date with the latest developments.

If you are interested in knowing more about the project please contact us.

On the Boards: Modern Shed

No project is too small in scale for us to consider.  During these COVID times, arranging life in your private dwelling has become a necessity. Outparcel shed structures are a good solution to segregate your work-related activities with your daily life. This project features a studio for a landscape architect. Located in Cary, the structure proposes a lattice-skin that will help control south-west exposures while creating a semi-monolith skin composition for the main facade. Flexibility and simplicity is the goal for the office area itself, while the structure will have the ability to be rearranged for different functional requirements.
