Greetings from the farm! This week we welcome garlic to the table! Out of the three varieties we grow, this year the Egyptian Pink is the first to reach harvest - the other two are still to come! After careful handpicking, hanging to dry, and gentle clipping, they are ready.
Not only is this allium so very flavourful that we love using it in almost all of our dishes, but it has many health benefits - including boosting the functioning of the immune system, reducing blood pressure and lowering the risk of heart disease by improving cholesterol levels.
