THIS Saturday, October 17th, enjoy the beautiful fall weather. We will head to Truckee where we will hike up Coldstream Canyon along a mountain stream through aspens, firs and pines to a small lake. The trail is pproximately 3.5 miles round trip. If we are ambitious, we can visit the adjacent Donner Memorial State Park. Bring water and lunch. Temperatures will be cool. Meet at Parkside at 7:30am; we should be back by 1pm.
