Greetings Clergy, Social Activist and Friends Of Learn
Northeast,
WE MUST LOOK AT
THE SYSTEM NOT ONLY THE PERPETRATOR
One of the turning points, from a public perspective, of the
Civil Rights Movement was the Klan bombing of the 16th Street
Baptist Church in
Birmingham, Ala., which killed four young girls. The Rev.
Martin Luther King Jr. delivered
the eulogy for
three of the victims, and said, in part, that their murders
“say to us that we must be concerned not merely about who
murdered them but about the system, the way of life, the
philosophy which produced the murderers. Their death says to
us that we must work passionately and unrelentingly for the
realization of the American dream.”

Outside NAACP convention, pastor calls abortion racist
genocide
We all know of the
system that produced slavery, segregation and disdain
towards African-Americans but we are not taking a clear look
at the system that has killed and mutilated over 57 million
babies and over 20 million of them African America. "We must
look not only of the persons but the "system” King heralded.
Jessie Jackson once said, “What happens to a mind of a
person and the moral fabric of a nation that can abort a
baby without a pang of conscience". That system absorbed Rev
Jackson and morphed him into a peddler of this profoundly
pernicious "way of life". We are all under the dark cloud
of death that permeates the consciousness of our society
especially errant youth who (Please support this effort
as we travel the country we need support) have become
reprobate when it comes to the sanctity and value of a human
beings. The system will continue to produce such individuals
and we should all recognize that laws reflect the
consciousness of the people that choose to be governed by
those laws. Dr. Martin Luther Kings’ assessment of the
murders of children at the 18th Ave. Baptist Church is the
correct assessment of this present day society that
legalizes the destruction of innocent children in the womb
and expects the moral law of the universe will not be
applied to them. “What a man sow that shall he also reap".
If we continue to sow violence we will certainly reap
violence and it will be at exponential proportions.
