Become a SGACC Ambassador!

The Spring Green Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee is a chosen member group who volunteer their time to provide a crucial link between SGACC, its members, and the area at large. Ambassadors are in the center of the business activity of the community. They enjoy rewards of making new contacts, strengthening business relationships, and accessing resources to further their own success. They represent SGACC through referring new members, participating in events, such as ribbon cuttings, business after hour functions, and many more support activities.

The program’s mission is to develop a core group representative of the membership for the purpose of supporting and promoting a sound business environment through successful retention of members and attraction of new members; active participation at SGACC events; creation and implementation of ideas to ensure organization strength and facilitate growth; and establishment of a rapport among the Ambassadors that serves SGACC by its example of integrity and good will among the entire membership.

Announcing the New Frank Lloyd Wright Trail from the Wisconsin Department of Tourism.

Just in time for Frank Lloyd Wright’s 150th birthday in 2017, a new trail takes travelers on a self-guided architectural adventure through nine counties in southern Wisconsin.

Wright was widely regarded as America’s greatest architect. Born in the state’s rugged Driftless Region, he spent his boyhood summers working his uncle’s farm in Spring Green and eventually built his own famous home and studio just a mile away.

Nine stops across southern Wisconsin trace the steps of this world-renowned architect from some of his most impressive structures, including two stops in Spring Green -- his home, Taliesin, and the Wyoming Valley School Cultural Arts Center.

Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin and House on the Rock are named the best things to do in Wisconsin! by American Towns Media
Events, trail in Wisconsin celebrate Frank Lloyd Wright's 150th birthday by Beth Harpaz, AP.
