Mindful Solutions News

Summer 2016

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change”
Carl Rogers

The NNC Newsletter is back, and renamed, as is our organization, to reflect a broader mandate. Formerly “The NeuroNova Centre for Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Management”, NeuroNova Centre for Mindful Solutions now also offers our courses to the business world. This takes our teachings “upstream” to attempt to prevent illness and disability, in addition to the Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Management Courses offered to those already in the health system.

We have an updated website and a new logo: http://neuronovacentre.com/
NeuroNova Centre trains and accredits facilitators to deliver Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Management courses to their regions and organizations, and supplies course materials to their clients. We offer Mindfulness courses to organizations for their personnel, and offer presentations and workshops on Mindfulness-based health interventions.
