SPORTS FITNESS

with J.T. Moye’ of EC Fitness & Nutrition  LLC

        Come be an EC-KID

“EC Kids” stands for “Everything Counts for Kids.”  Our Sports Fitness classes will measure and monitor student’s balance, agility, strength, coordination and flexibility in order to keep parents updated on their progress. These skills will help kids, of all abilities, gain the confidence they can use to participate in whatever sport they choose.  EC Kids are also taught nutritional information through original music and popular tunes of songs they already know (Parodies).  We focus on nurturing the whole child! The combination of sport drills, child development, rhythm and music makes this one of the most innovative programs for kids in Los Angeles.

Volunteer Opportunities through REACHability Foundation

Hi! My name is Aimee Oswald and since the success, warmth and community feeling of last years Holiday Potluck I've had the desire to grow our bonds as a community.

I'd like to form and create a REACHability Foundation parent booster club (F.O.R Friends Of REACHability). My goal is to form a committee that will enhance the already wonderful events that the Leaps n Boundz team brings to us. I am looking for volunteers who would like to help me brain storm, develop and plan family activities.

The objective of this group is to build community amongst special needs families with fun social activities, enhance the wonderful get together opportunities at Leaps n Boundz and do some fundraising for REACHability Foundation.  We are a community of parents who feel isolated much of the time- I feel it's important for us to get together and share our strengths.

If you are interested in joining me please email me at- Aimeereachabilityvolunteer@gmail.com
