Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon's Advocacy Day

With a new conservative White House, Oregon is more important than ever. All eyes are turned toward Washington DC and Climate Deniers are in charge.

But the Northwest, is not in denial and can keep the flame alive. Oregon could join California, Washington and British Columbia in forming a Cap and Trade market to squeeze out carbon. It won't happen though unless we demand it.
Similar stories are happening around Health Care and Housing. There is much to do.
Coming to the Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon Advocacy Day is a great way to stop feeling despair and start feeling as if you make a difference.
