The Harwich
Hoody Fest

Saturday 20 September
Park Pavillion, Harwich
10.30am-3.00pm

Local bands and performers will play throughout the day at this free entertainment festival organised by Teen Talk's youth forum, Harwich Inspired Youth Action (HIYA). The festival is now in it's 4th year and aims to bring together all generations, friends and family to show that not everyone who wears a hoody is bad to mix with and encourage the community to work together. So come along for a fun family day out and don't forget to bring your hoody!

The
People

The Harwich Hoody Festival is organised by Harwich Insipred Youth Action (HIYA), a voluntary youth forum of young people aged 11-21 in Harwich and the surrounding areas. Through events and community projects the group aims to improve the image of young people in their community. All activities are organised and carried out by the young people themselves, providing the opportunity to gain skills in planning, event organisation, team work and communication. Want to be involved? Got some great ideas to share? Get in touch on 01255 504800 or email teentalk1@hotmail.co.uk
